Brokers / Agents and Agencies are only allowed to list resale, rent or their own properties they are not allowed to list New properties or projects from builders

Builder’s new properties and projects will be directly listed and marketed by Best Value Properties with their consent.

For transparency in work, Brokers / Agents and Agencies are not allowed to add their contact number directly into any visible part of their profile or property posts, every enquiry must be done by contact form by clients.

According to the laws of India you should execute and stand the details of this agreement and you will get qualified to utilize the website. For working together and finding leads/clients for properties posted by Broker/Agent/ Agency he/she is granting permission to Best Value Properties to take his/her property posts from his/her online, social media posts, and post them on bestvalueproperties.in into his/her account and allows Best Value Properties to manage his/her account and posts present on bestvalueproperties.in completely.

Broker/Agent/ Agency also admitting that Best Value Properties is working on First-Come-First Serve basis for all property leads generation and offerings. It means if a single property is posted by one or more Brokers/Agents/ Agencies, then leads firstly will be given to or dealt with first Broker/Agent/ Agency who has submitted that property first or in any case where deal is closed without finalizing it then it can be given to another Broker/Agent/ Agency.

You hereby grant the Best Value Properties and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, display and archive your Listings on our platform including without bestvalueproperties.in.

While registering as an Broker/ Agent /Agency with bestvalueproperties.in you will get free listing services that will contain the following:

  • You will become our authorized broker or agency.
  • You will be authorized to upload endless listing on the portal for rent or sell.
  • You will be eligible for getting FREE 360° video for your posted property*
  • Best Value Properties will let you be in contact with the customers who are interested for house on rent or need to buy via the property listing you have posted or we had posted on behalf of you.
  • Best Value Properties will record the conversation/call between the broker/agency and the buyer for reviewing it further. The information will be used to make the services more appropriate.
  • bestvalueproperties.in may offer you extra tools and CRM for unique experience of the customers.

On completion of the registration process and by accepting the terms of this Agreement, Broker/Agent/ Agency hereby acknowledges:

(a) Best Value Properties ensures that good quality content is uploaded on the Platform for the users. For this purpose, Best Value Properties may decide to review the content of every listings provided by the Broker/Agent/ Agency before they are made live on the Platform.

(b) Best Value Properties gives lot of attention to quality of information submitted by the Broker/Agent/ Agency and reserves the right to remove content that does not meet quality parameters.

(c) Users of bestvalueproperties.in shall be encouraged to rate the services of the brokers/agents/agencies. bestvalueproperties.in shall have the right to display the reviews and ratings provided by the users at its own discretion.

(d) To proactively inform Best Value Properties within 7 days upon successful completion of the transaction with a customer referred by Best Value Properties.

(e) That any listing content provided by the Broker/Agent/Agency shall be removed from the Platform after 90 days (or after a period as Best Value Properties may deem necessary) to ensure only active listings are shown to the users of bestvalueproperties.in.

(f) Best Value Properties does not give any kind of assurance / guarantee on the volume of leads and the quantum of business to be generated by the Broker/Agent/Agency.

*Best Value Properties holds rights to change/update/modify or remove our offer of free 360° video service, deciding its period and applicable REPs for this service.

If any amount payable by the Broker/Agent/Agency to Best Value Properties is not paid on or before the due date, bestvalueproperties.in may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may be available to it suspend the Service /Services provided to the Broker/Agent/Agency.

When the Service(s) subscribed for is suspended, it shall be deemed to be terminated. The date shall be such as stipulated by Best Value Properties.

Upon subsequent payment by the Broker/Agent/Agency of such monies as is due to be payable to Best Value Properties, bestvalueproperties.in may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, restore the Service(s).

Best Value Properties also reserves the right to suspend the service if the Broker/Agent/Agency does not satisfy the quality and conduct guidelines referred in T&C or if the seller rating is below a certain threshold limit determined by the company from time to time.

After you have completed the Registration with bestvalueproperties.in, the agreement will remain in effect. We reserve all rights to change the services or eradicate any feature which was effective earlier at any moment. These cancellations will take place without any prior notice. Best Value Properties has all the right to restrict the access of use of any service without any prior notice.

You may decide to terminate this Agreement by disabling your login on the Platform. In the event of such a termination you shall remain liable to pay for the Service Charges already accrued or as may be accrued in future due to closure of transaction with the customers referred by Best Value Properties.

In case of content/data/information submitted by you to bestvalueproperties.in, for availing the Services provided by bestvalueproperties.in, is found incorrect, misleading, derogatory, illegal and/or such content are submitted without any authority then Best Value Properties reserves its rights to take appropriate legal actions including cancellation of any or all your registrations with or without any notice to you in this regard.

Best Value Properties reserves the right to screen messages that you may send to others through bestvalueproperties.in site. You will not use any information obtained from the Site/Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any person without their prior explicit consent.
